Shipping Time: Items will be shipped and/or delivered within two business days.
Winnipeg & Headingley: Orders of $50 or more (before taxes) are eligible for free front door delivery. Free curb side pickup at our physical shoppe is also available during our operating hours.
Canada: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 within Canada. Orders in Canada of $100 or more (before taxes) are eligible for free shipping. Some exclusions apply, see below.
USA: Shipping will be calculated at time of purchase, or you may contact us before hand to get a quote.
Exclusions: Large heavy items such as Salt Lamps, Cathedrals, and large specimens are not included in free shipping or $20 flat rates, and an accurate shipping cost will be calculated and added. Some extra large items are pickup only, and that will be advised in the product description.

Terms of Service
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You will be sent an email to notify you when the package has been fulfilled/shipped.
All ordered are shipped with Canada Post. Insurance can be added upon request at an additional fee. Please note shipping/delivery times vary based on location and are not guaranteed by Divine Clarity Inc.
Customers are responsible for any duty or handling fees (if applicable) upon delivery/pick up. Divine Clarity Inc. is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages incurred en route.
