We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Orders of $100 or more (before taxes) are eligible for free shipping. You must enter the discount code FREE at time of checkout to receive free shipping. Please note the system will NOT automatically apply the discount.
We do not accept returns. Exchanges on products within 7 days with receipt. Items must be in new condition. Please note all return/exchange shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Terms of Service
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You will be sent an email to notify you when the package has been fulfilled/shipped.
All ordered are shipped with Canada Post. Insurance can be added upon request at an additional fee. Please note shipping/delivery times vary based on location and are not guaranteed by Divine Clarity Inc.
Customers are responsible for any duty or handling fees (if applicable) upon delivery/pick up. Divine Clarity Inc. is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages incurred en route.
