Product Return Policy

Divine Clarity does not offer refunds on products, we only offer exchanges only within 7 days with receipt. Items must be in brand new, unused, unopened condition. Some exclusions apply even if not used.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on:

  • Jewelry

  • Books

  • Gift Cards

  • Greeting Cards

  • Smudging Products

  • Essential Oils

  • Meditation pillows

  • Scarfs, clothing, or fabric items

  • Any item that has been opened such as DVD’s, CD’s, Oracle/Tarot Cards, etc.

Please note: Staff have the right to refuse exchanges on products at their discretion. If the exchange is for an item purchased through our online store, the customer will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees.

SESSION CANCELLATION & Change POLICY

Session Cancellations: If more than 48 hours notice is given, your non-refundable deposit will be held and can be applied to another session within 12 months. 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the balance of the session fee will be charged.

Session Changes: We require 48 hours notice to make session changes or to reschedule. On Medium Readings of 4 or less people we require 48 hours notice to reduce the number of participants. Group readings of 4 more people cannot be reduced and should less people show up, the full amount of the session booked will be charged. This policy is in place as Kristel commonly blocks off more time for larger groups. 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY


Workshop deposits are non-refundable and can be used within six months. If the deposit is not used within six months of the original workshop date, the deposit is kept by Divine Clarity Inc. Workshop deposits can not be applied to sessions or products. Deposits can not be transferred to another individual. These policies are in place to avoid last minute cancellations and no shows, or excessive changes as our workshops commonly sell out. In signing up for a workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancelling with 48 hours notice: If more than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, the non-refundable deposit will be held and can be applied to another workshop within six months.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice: If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be surrendered and can not be applied to any other workshop.

Same day cancellations: In the event of workshop no shows or same day cancellation, the full balance of the workshop registration is due, and any balance beyond the deposit will be charged/invoiced.

Workshop Changes: Registration changes must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the workshop. Deposits can only be applied to another workshop within six months of the original workshop.

GALLERY READING POLICY

No refunds on Gallery Reading Events. However event confirmations/tickets can be transferred to another party with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the event. Attending does not guarantee a medium reading. No personal cameras or recording devices, however you may have a picture taken with Kristel after the event. This event may be professionally recorded or photographed so purchasing a ticket gives approval to this. 18+ or 14+ with a parental figure.

EVENTS POLICY

SALES

Product, Service & Workshop sales are only eligible on the dates that the sale runs. Items purchased before the sale cannot be returned on sale dates, to exchange for the sale price. Workshops cannot be cancelled in order to re-register on the date of a sale. All sales are spontaneous and clients & customers are to refrain from asking Reception when the next sale will be.
