What Is Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)?
Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a structured energy healing system designed to help release energetic imprints stored within the body and energy field — often described as “getting the issues out of your tissues.” These imprints may be connected to past experiences, emotional stress, trauma, or long-standing patterns that no longer support your wellbeing.
IET works with a high-frequency violet angelic energy ray and your 12-Strand Spiritual DNA, supporting healing at the cellular, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Rather than revisiting the past, IET focuses on integrating past experiences, empowering the present, and supporting the unfolding of your future with greater ease and alignment.

What to Expect During an IET Session
Integrated Energy Therapy® sessions are calm, supportive, and deeply relaxing. You remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout the session.
During an IET session, the practitioner works with angelic energy and gentle energetic techniques to support clearing, balance, and integration. Sessions may involve light hand placements on or above the body and intention-based energy work aligned with your highest good.
Many clients report feeling a sense of peace, emotional relief, lightness, or renewed clarity. Because energy continues to integrate after the session, subtle shifts and insights may continue to unfold in the days that follow.

Integrated Energy Therapy® Cleansing Process & Integration
Integrated Energy Therapy® is a safe, gentle, and supportive energy healing modality.
The energy is guided by divine intelligence and flows only in ways that support the recipient’s highest good and highest healing. It does not overwhelm the body, override free will, or force change. Healing occurs in cooperation with the system, at a pace that is appropriate for the individual.
Following an IET session, the energy may continue to cleanse, clear, and integrate for several days. During this time, subtle shifts may occur physically, emotionally, mentally, or energetically as the system recalibrates. In some cases, a session may initiate a gentle energetic clearing, allowing thoughts, emotions, memories, or sensations to surface so they can be acknowledged and released.
This process is normal, temporary, and part of energetic rebalancing.
To support integration, clients are encouraged to rest, stay well hydrated, and be gentle with themselves. Grounding practices such as walking, breathwork, or spending time in nature are especially supportive.

Integrated Energy Therapy® with Aura & Chakra Analysis
This extended session combines energetic assessment with focused Integrated Energy Therapy® healing support, offering deeper insight and targeted clearing.
The session begins with an in-person 50-minute Aura and Chakra Analysis using BioPulsar Reflexograph Technology, which helps identify areas within the body and human energy field that may benefit from energetic clearing and balance.
Following the analysis, a 50-minute Integrated Energy Therapy® session is provided. The IET portion of the session focuses on gentle clearing and rebalancing of the areas identified during the assessment, supporting emotional release, energetic alignment, and overall wellbeing.
This combined approach offers greater clarity, deeper awareness, and more targeted energetic support.
Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) Workshops
Integrated Energy Therapy® Training & Certification
Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) training at Divine Clarity is offered in progressive levels and is designed for both personal healing and professional development. Training emphasizes ethical practice, energetic safety, clear session structure, and respect for the IET lineage.
All IET training is taught in person by Kristel Kernaghan, a certified Master-Instructor IET® Trainer, directly aligned with the IET head office. Kristel has been teaching Integrated Energy Therapy® since 2011 and is the only IET Trainer in Western Canada authorized to teach the Master-Instructor level. Worldwide, there are only approximately 38 certified Master-Instructor IET® Trainers, placing this training within a rare and highly respected lineage.
Training Levels
Basic Level Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)
The Basic Level focuses on clearing physical and emotional energy stored within cellular memory and replacing it with supportive, empowering energy imprints. Students learn foundational IET techniques, session flow, energetic boundaries, and how to work safely and gently with angelic energy. This level is suitable for personal healing and forms the foundation for professional practice.
Intermediate Level Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)
The Intermediate Level expands beyond cellular memory to include physical, emotional, mental, and karmic energy patterns within the human energy field. Training deepens energetic awareness and practitioner sensitivity while maintaining grounded, ethical practice and clear session structure.
Advanced Level Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)
The Advanced Level supports exploration of the soul’s mission and the energetic dynamics that influence purpose, direction, and life experience. This level strengthens intuitive awareness while remaining rooted in structure, consent, and integrity.
Master-Instructor Level Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)
The Master-Instructor Level focuses on optimizing the 12-Strand Spiritual DNA, enhancing wellness, spiritual awareness, and synchronicities aligned with life path and purpose. This level also authorizes practitioners to teach Integrated Energy Therapy® in accordance with official IET standards and lineage requirements.
Extensive Immersive Training Format
Many students choose to complete the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels together in an extensive immersive format, which allows for deeper integration, continuity, and personal transformation.
This format is typically taught over four consecutive days, beginning with Thursday evening and Friday evening, followed by full training days on Saturday and Sunday. Many participants find this immersive approach to be the most supportive way to fully embody the IET energy, understand the progression between levels, and build confidence as a practitioner.
After completing the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, students may choose to continue on to the Master-Instructor level, either for their own personal development or to offer IET training professionally.
Completion of the Master-Instructor level enables graduates to teach and certify students in eight Integrated Energy Therapy® classes, in alignment with IET standards and lineage.
IET Attunements
Integrated Energy Therapy® training includes energetic attunements at each level. These attunements align the practitioner with IET frequencies and support the ability to receive, integrate, and work effectively with the energy for both personal healing and professional practice.
Attunements are provided in a structured, supportive environment and are an essential part of the IET certification process.
