Reiki is a natural, gentle, and effective holistic healing system that works with universal life force energy—the energy that permeates all living things. This powerful yet accessible healing modality supports balance and well-being on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, making it suitable for both personal healing and professional practice.
Reiki helps relieve stress, promote deep relaxation, clear energetic blockages, balance the chakras, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It works harmoniously alongside traditional medicine and is widely used to enhance overall wellness, emotional clarity, intuition, and spiritual growth. Reiki can also be applied beyond physical healing—supporting intentions, goals, life transitions, and personal transformation.
Modern science has confirmed that everything in the universe is composed of energy at a sub-atomic level. This life force energy has been known across cultures for centuries—called Qi or Chi in China, Prana in India, and Ki in Japan, from which the word Reiki is derived (Rei meaning universal, Ki meaning life force energy). Health exists when this energy flows freely; imbalance occurs when that flow is disrupted by stress, emotional patterns, or life experiences.
Reiki is not connected to any religion and does not require a belief system. It is a universal healing practice that meets each individual where they are.
What You Will Learn (Levels 1 & 2 – Combined)
This training is taught as a combined Level 1 & Level 2 certification and must be taken together.
Throughout the workshop, students receive Reiki attunements from a Reiki Master and learn through a balance of lecture, discussion, guided meditation, and hands-on practice.
You will learn:
The history, principles, and lineage of Reiki
How to give Reiki to yourself and others
Energy awareness, grounding, and protection techniques
How Reiki supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing
Level 2 training also includes:
The three Reiki symbols to expand and focus healing energy
Techniques for emotional and mental healing, including addictions and patterns
How to send Reiki long distance to anyone, anywhere
A guided meditation to meet and work with a Reiki Guide
Advanced treatment techniques, including releasing negative energy and blockages
An overview of practicing Reiki professionally, including home-based practice options

None. This training is open to beginners.
