At Divine Clarity, we take great care in offering high-quality spiritual and wellness products. For health, hygiene, energetic integrity, and fairness to all clients, we maintain the following exchange-only policy on products.
Why We Have This Policy
Many of the items we carry are personal, energetic, or wellness-based tools intended for individual use. Once worn, opened, or energetically used, they cannot ethically, hygienically, or energetically be resold to another client.
To protect the health and well-being of our community, preserve the energetic integrity of our products, and ensure fairness to all clients, certain items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided that the item is:
Brand new
Unused
Unopened
In original condition and packaging
Some exclusions apply even if the item has not been used.
Final Sale Items (No Exchanges)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:
Jewelry
Crystals and gemstones
Books
Gift cards
Greeting cards
Smudging products and herbs
Essential oils, sprays, roll-ons, and mists
Meditation pillows and cushions
Water bottles and Vitajewel inserts
Scarves, clothing, or fabric items
Any opened items, including Oracle or Tarot cards, DVDs, or CDs
Sale or clearance items
Digital products or downloads
Eligible for Exchange (Unopened Only)
The following items may be exchanged only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging:
Candles (unused)
Incense (unopened)
Statues, figurines, and décor items
Ritual tools and instruments (such as bells or singing bowls)
Oracle and Tarot decks (factory sealed only)

Divine Clarity does not offer refunds on products
All exchanges are subject to staff approval and product inspection
Staff reserve the right to refuse exchanges at their discretion
Online purchases are eligible for exchange only
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees
Session Cancellation & Change Policy (Services)
Session/Service Cancellation & Change Policy
At Divine Clarity, all appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Our practitioners prepare carefully for each session, and missed or late-cancelled appointments cannot always be filled. For this reason, the following strict cancellation and change policy applies to all services and private sessions.
By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all sessions and services
Deposits are applied toward your session fee at the time of your appointment
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
Service deposits and credits may only be applied to services and cannot be applied to products, workshops, classes, or events
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being held as a credit and applied to another session within 12 months
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the remaining balance of the session fee being charged in full
Session Changes
All requests to change appointment date, time, practitioner, session length, or session type require a minimum of 48 hours notice
Requests made with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation
Late Arrivals
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and cannot be extended due to late arrival
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled end time, as we often have other clients booked immediately following your appointment
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being shortened or cancelled at the discretion of Divine Clarity, particularly for shorter sessions such as 25-minute mediumship readings where the remaining time may no longer be viable
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes are considered a late cancellation and the full session fee will apply, with no refunds or credits issued
Missed Appointments and No-Shows
No-shows or missed appointments are considered late cancellations
The full session fee will be charged and no refunds or credits will be issued
Private Group Mediumship Sessions (2+ Participants)
Private group mediumship readings are booked at a fixed group rate based on the number of participants selected at the time of booking
Once confirmed, the group size and total fee are locked in
Reductions in the number of participants are considered partial cancellations
No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments are provided for reduced attendance, regardless of notice given
This policy is in place to ensure the time, preparation, and energetic space reserved for your group are appropriately accounted forIf a participant is unable to attend, you may invite another adult aged 14+ to attend in their place with advance notice
Packages and Prepaid Services
All session packages and prepaid services are non-refundable
Missed sessions or late cancellations within packages are forfeited and cannot be credited or rescheduled
Sales and Promotional Pricing
Services booked or purchased prior to a sale cannot be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted to receive sale pricing
Promotional pricing applies only during the advertised sale period

All decisions regarding enforcement are at the discretion of Divine Clarity management
Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of future bookings

Workshops & Classes Policy
Workshops & Classes Policy
At Divine Clarity, our workshops, trainings, and classes require advance preparation, instructor scheduling, and material preparation. Because workshop space is reserved specifically for you and often fills quickly, the following strict workshop policy applies to all registrations.
By registering for a workshop or class, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Registration and Payments
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration
Workshop and class deposits are non-refundable
Deposits may only be applied to other workshops or classes and may not be applied to services, events, or products
Deposits cannot be transferred to another individual
Cancellations and Changes with 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel or request a change with more than 48 hours notice, your non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit and may be applied to another workshop or class within six months of the original workshop date
Registration changes such as moving to another workshop date or session must be requested with a minimum of 48 hours notice
Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel or request a change with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to any workshop or class
Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit
Any remaining balance owing will be charged in full
No refunds or credits will be issued
Transfers
Transfers to another person may be permitted at the discretion of Divine Clarity management
All transfer requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice and approved in advance
Transfers requested with less than 48 hours notice will not be permitted
Missed Classes and Partial Attendance
Missed classes, late arrivals, or early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits
Certificates, certifications, and course completion require full attendance
Failure to attend all required portions of a course may result in forfeiture of certification or completion status
Cancellation by Divine Clarity
Divine Clarity reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any workshop or class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, illness, or unforeseen circumstances
In the event that Divine Clarity cancels a workshop or class, participants will be offered a full credit or refund
Sales and Promotional Pricing
Workshop and class registrations purchased prior to a sale cannot be cancelled, refunded, or adjusted to receive sale pricing
Promotional pricing applies only during the advertised sale period
Technical Issues and Force Majeure
Important: Divine Clarity is not responsible for power outages, internet issues, or technical difficulties affecting registration, attendance, or participation. Refunds or credits cannot be issued in these circumstances.

Events & Gallery Readings Policy
At Divine Clarity, gallery medium readings, special events, and ticketed experiences are one-time scheduled events with limited seating and significant advance preparation. Once a ticket or registration is purchased, the space cannot be resold on short notice. For this reason, the following strict no-cancellation and no-change policy applies to all events.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Registration and Payments
Full payment is required at the time of registration
All event tickets and registrations are final sale
Cancellations and Changes
No cancellations are permitted for events under any circumstances
No rescheduling is permitted for events under any circumstances
No credits may be issued toward services, workshops, classes, products, or future events
Transfers
Transfers to another person may be permitted at the discretion of Divine Clarity management
All transfer requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice and approved in advance
Transfers requested with less than 48 hours notice will not be permitted
Event tickets and registrations may not be transferred to a different date or event
Late Arrivals and Missed Events
Late arrivals may not be admitted once an event has begun, at the discretion of Divine Clarity
Missed events or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers
Event Changes and Cancellation by Divine Clarity
Divine Clarity reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event due to illness, low enrollment, technical issues, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances
In the event that Divine Clarity cancels an event, participants will be offered a full credit or refund
Technical Issues and Force Majeure
Important: Divine Clarity is not responsible for power outages, internet issues, platform failures, weather conditions, or technical difficulties that may affect attendance or participation. Refunds or credits cannot be issued in these circumstances.

All event sales are final

Failure to attend an event for any reason does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or transfer
Divine Clarity reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate
